Shipping Policy

At Hugs & Stitches, every keepsake is made with care and attention, and we want to ensure that your items reach us — and are returned to you — safely and efficiently.

Mailing Bag and Clothing Returns

Once your order and payment have been received, we will send you a pre-addressed waterproof mailing bag via Royal Mail Letter Service. This bag should be used to send your clothing items to us, as it contains the correct address and helps protect your garments during transit.

Please enclose your completed order form inside the bag with your clothing to help us identify your order correctly.

The cost of posting your clothing to us is not included in the price of your keepsake, as postage costs vary depending on parcel weight and size. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service for your own peace of mind. Hugs & Stitches cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost or delayed in transit to us.

Sending Your Finished Keepsake

The cost of posting your finished memory item (and any remaining clothing or offcuts) back to you is included in the price of your order. All completed keepsakes are shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Service. You will receive confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, Hugs & Stitches cannot be held responsible for postal delays or circumstances beyond our control once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.

Lost or Delayed Items

Although rare, items can occasionally go missing in the post. Hugs & Stitches cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels but will assist where possible in tracing missing items. We recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking details until your parcel has been safely received.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order to discuss international shipping options and any additional costs.
